Todd joins BlueWave Campaigns to help grow the labor, candidate and good corporate partnership clientele. Todd is a familiar face in Michigan labor halls, Democratic political events, and in the legislative bodies in Lansing and Washington DC. A proud 4th generation union member, he is a recent retiree and lifetime member of the United Food & Commercial Workers Local 951, which is Michigan’s largest private sector labor union. Todd served in many roles over 41 years and most recently was a statewide elected officer, Director of Legislative & Community Affairs and chairman of the UFCW 951 Foundation.
He currently is a gubernatorial appointee to the Central Michigan University Board of Trustees and serves as the Chairman of the board. He has previously served at the Pleasure of Governors' Granholm, Snyder and Whitmer as an appointee to the Certificate of Needs Board, Michigan Food Policy Council (3 times), Michigan Commission of Agriculture, and the Michigan Food Insecurity Council. He currently is an executive member at large of the Michigan Democratic Party where he has served for 25 years and has been participating in coordinated and statewide campaigns for 30+ years.
